God's Word has everything we need for life and Godliness. I am sharing resources of knowledge to help you find the answers through people who have gone before in learning how to walk in the Spirit. For those who walk in the Spirit (of God), these are the sons of God (Romans 8). For if we walk in the Spirit then we will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Gal 5).
1 Peter 1:3
as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
1 Timothy 4:8
For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.
The KEY Point to a successful Christian Walk is "THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM". Through the knowledge of Jesus Christ we have access to his DIVINE POWER which has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness.
God's Word says in Hosea 4:6 that my people perish for LACK OF KNOWLEGE. People do not know who they are in Jesus Christ and false imagine that just warming a pew at church is going to be all they need. If I went to college and just warmed the seat, I am sure I would not get a degree. If we want to be able to decree God's Word and expect an answer we must have faith. Faith COMES by hearing, hearing by the WORD OF GOD. Faith COMES we don't work it up, it comes. How does it come? In the same way fear comes. We speak it and we hear it and we believe it. Speak God's Word, not the natural circumstances and FAITH comes. Our mouth produces life or death, so we must fill it with God's Word to have the FAITH to overcome the "spirit" of fear. For God has not given us a "spirit" of fear, but of POWER, LOVE (God is LOVE), and a SOUND MIND.
I say all that to encourage you to study the Bible and find those who are operating in FAITH and can help build up the body of Christ. We are not under CONDEMNATION for those who are in Christ JESUS who WALK NOT according to the flesh, but according to the THE SPIRIT.
Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
